Duplicate and modernize a web page

Duplicate and modernize web page I need one existing web page duplicated in modern HTML so that I can edit the page and use it as a template to make other pages. Photoshop work necessary to re-create graphic at top of page. Graphic must be modified so that the two pictures at the top right can be changed for each page. Small changes to the left side of the pages. Add color and make look better. Pages will be edited in Dreamweaver CS3. Make SEO friendly. Organize page correctly for meta tags and keywords. Page must be adaptable to other pages. I must be able to make changes to all parts of the web page. See dental page. This is a test page to see if the website can be developed.
