few changes to adult web site

Hello, I have a template for an adult web site, but I have run into a few problems. The site uses css and html files. I'm not sure how <div> and <ul> tags work so I need some help. I need someone to add a place for a 728 x 90 banner in the middle of the home page. Also, I need you to add an easy way users can easily navigate between pages at the top of the page. Lastly, I need you to add a video page. This page will use a modified version of the home page. All I need here is a place to add an embedded video link so that it appears in the middle of the page.
