Financial and Bankruptcy website.

There are 3 components to this website. 1. A vendor section - where funds can be added, website color and formating can be adjusted on a per vendor basis, clients can be managed, and data can be downloaded 2. A client section (that can be incorporated into the vendor site) access would be [login to view URL] client section could require payment to continue as would be controlled on a per vendor basis. Clients would be able to essentially enter their personal information including creating a balance sheet and income statement. There would also be other questions that would be asked. 3. Download - completed data from client entry could be downloaded for entry into another software OR entered into Government PDF forms. I have already located a free data to PDF application that could be incorporated. I will provide the form numbers....but this gives you an idea of the data that would be collected. It looks more than it is...but essentially it is a balance sheet and income/expense statement. Other requirements: Users should be able to come back, login and re-edit data. Site should support multiple vendors. Vendors should be able to manage their client lists. Forms should be completed using User data and Vendor information Site should use Mysql Database Site should be in PHP Paypal integration will be needed and will need to be flexible to allow vendor based payment.
