4938 Home and inner page template

I am looking for 2 templates that will be dreamweaver compatible (DWMX) I would like to have a page template for the home page, and also a template for the inner pages. The site must be scripted in php as I need an overall footer, overall header, navigation element as php includes for ease of updating. The navigation boxes should be easy to update, as there will be differing amounts of them in the inner pages and with different content as well. So to sum it up, I need a nice clean layout with some nice looking navigation links. NB Navigation links must be spiderable and 100% SEO friendly, so no javascript as I am going to have to update this, and the spiders need to be able to read it. I would like the design to be fluid as well so it fills the screen at all resoulutions. I have attached a rough thrown together layout, but please not, this is just a positional so you can get a better idea of what I want. The colour I have used is JUST for demo purposes. If you can put together a nice looking header with a couple of images I provide, then that would be ideal.
