HTML CSS To Wordpress Theme - Catalyst Thesis or Genesis

A nice simple project. Convert HTML/CSS (you can see at [login to view URL]) to a Custom Wordpress Theme using one of the following themes 1. Catalyst - I like it for its advanced capabilities for editing without coding, note its important to have in the theme. 2. Genesis/Studiopress - I like it because it is a well coded rapid loading theme 3. Thesis - Very well know theme online - very fast, efficient for SEO and editing. Or a top Free theme that has excellent functionality like Thematic or Hybrid. Small other changes while coding: 1. Improve Background - right now its a little dark, we want it to look more like "[login to view URL]" 2. Improve blog post design - Right now they are a little squished, better spacing would be nice, better font for "titles" 3. Footer - Improve the newsletter, move to bottom right or improve its design. Improve color of footer - more "matte" 4. Sidebar - Add a popular posts box with 3 tabs like "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]" 5. Make Header cleaner like "[login to view URL]". Budget is $40-$70 Timeline - 1-3 Days Maximum for all work. I am ready to start now, instructions should be clear. What is your Wordpress experience, Coding, do you know Jquery, HTML5, Graphic Design? DO you understand "Cross Browser Compatibility and "Semantics?
