LAMP & Mambo Expert Freelancer

We are looking to 'hire' somebody on a constant basis - work at least 15-30 hours a week assured for 6 months. Even after that, depending on the level of confidence on both sides, we would like to 'retain' somebody to constantly update our sites. We have about 7 client sites of which 4 need immediate updates. We prefer Mambo / Joomla, so some upgrading involved, customizations, testing a new version of Joomla and implementing into producttion, etc. Some graphic work may be needed but not mandatory. We ourselves can take care of the graphic work. Please quote your lowest price PER HOUR OR PER MONTH with ample references and portfolio examples. I will need some references from some websites that you have already created and accepted. Our sites are geared towards Indians so someone with understanding of Indian themes, etc would be best but this is not really a necessity. We ourselves are good graphic designers and can give some good ideas.
