Magento , Copy 2 Customized Pages from 1.5 to 1.7

Hello, I have this website show in the video working in 1.5 magento comunity and need to do the same working at magento 1.7 .Please watch the video and check the 2 pages that need to be copy , in wich the order success page includes details of the order and a button to clik on and directs to the payment choose , the other page is the chekout cart as you can see there are two shipping options in wich includes the free shipping and another one, and the total is calculate, when either one is choosen, all that is in our store so you can copy the files or do as you wich and make it work keeping in mind that you should not change any magento core code. link to the video : [login to view URL] We need this project to be done ASAP, and the dead line is 48hrs , please do not bid if you cant delivery, the payment will be 30% milestones in advance and 70% and total realese when project is done.
