need a site upgraded from joomla 1.0.15 to joomla 3

i have a very old joomla site i need it transfered to J3 it uses joomfish - however on the new site i would like it to use the built in multi language ability in J3 therefore there will be some copy and paste work also its not a straight migration ConsultClifford: in addition in the site is a small custom component that we developed years ago - and that obvisouly has to be ported or redeveloped for J3 (most of this component could be made using this tool : [login to view URL] - its a massive time saving tool for building joomla components ) this needs to be complete in 14 days (ie 20th june) - i mean complete so please ensure that 3 days are left to fix any final issues. best to break work down into tasks task 1 ) convert design to J3 task 2 ) bring over all content to J3 [remember this is a multi lingual system and the old site is using joomfish but the new system will use standard joomla to manage the two languages] task 3) migrate over the com_resources component and ensure it works perfectly on J3 (back and frontend) [please ensure a akedia backup is installed and joomsef is installed ]
