455367 Need Website Designed/ Developed

I purchased this WP theme [login to view URL] and after SEVERAL failed attempts from SL programmers to redesign it, do PSD to WP, or add certain functionality I decided instead of me wasting anymore time/ money on this I will bite the costs and just have someone develop/ design a website similar from scratch based on idea I had with my PSD design and other functionality. This is similar to a classified site but I will go into more details. I DO NOT WANT TO BUY A SCRIPT so do not send me any scripts you owned or started for another buyer and the project stalled. If you do not read the entire project notes below you I may not accept your bid so please take time to read through and ask questions via PMB. Things I will need on this website are: - Regional, state, city, zip, category search functions. * Prefer to have a regional control where the user selects their city or zip and only posts in that area are viewable (similar to craigslist) but flexible on this part. - Homepage image slider - Paid user memberships * I will need ability to add one time packages or recurring packages that the user will pay using paypal. I also need each user to have profile pages that shows there location, picture, and shows other ads they have posted. - Category listings - Individual ad pages *Similar to [login to view URL] with google map, contact buyer directly, ability for users to upload 5 - 10 images depending on their package. I also need other users to be able to print the post, favorite the ad, send to a friend, and report the page. Optional would be allowing the person to post on facebook or twitter but NOT REQUIRED. - Blogs - Space for advertising placement - Static pages (i.e Contact with ecaptcha, FAQ, Terms, Privacy, etc.) - Of course I will need some type of admin panel to be able to change items on my site. There are other details but we can talk more via PMB. You must do QA, resolve all errors/ bugs, and security issues before the project is considered complete by me. REQUIREMENTS * Must not work on more than one other project while your working on this project. Bad experience working with programmers working on multiple projects at the same time. * You must meet the due date no exceptions. Unless I add more work that is agreed upon you must meet your self imposed due date. * You must be available via chat and update me at least every other day with status. * You must provide me with a link to the test server website so I can monitor progress. * You must sign a NDA before starting. * I will only deposit 50% in escrow at start of the project and will only release total escrow when the project is complete. This shows my seriousness of the project however been down the road with bad programmers. If you require something different do NOT waste your time on this as I am not negotiable on this. * Must have excellent design skills. * You must type in "sl project" in your reply so I know your not spam and that you read all my requirements. Ones without this will be removed from bidding.
