I need you to rebrand 2 wp themes -- 3

I want you to rebrand and whitelabel 2 (two) WP themes and I need to have these things altered: Default logos (header & footer] (I will supply this) Default SLIDER Images (I will supply this) All PSD graphics (I will supply this) Dashboard options and admin back end features to be altered so that the theme and it's options are re-branded All references and contact links to the theme/developer are removed and replaced with my own All UPDATE NOTICES STOPPED. I will let you know what the theme name and developer name/ urls need to be changed to. I've attached a few screen shots of the admin panel and some of the areas that need to be modified within the theme so that they don't appear or look branded differently. I will let the winner of the job know what I would like the name of the theme renamed to. I would like to have this done by 8am Friday June 14th USA Central Standard Time if at all possible. Be sure to look at the screen captures to make sure you understand the scope of the project. I have 5 more WP theme and WP plugin jobs more for you after this I have mo own REBRANDER PLUGIN but prefer a hands-on solution so as not to miss anything I will give you what ever level of access to the site you'll need to complete the task once I've awarded you the job. Hopefully it's a fairly simple job for someone. I really appreciate your help!
