Party Event Landing Page

We are looking for a freelancer to create a landing page/Home Page for a new site. The site will eventually promote events and parties, but for now we just want a homepage for presence with a email submission form. It needs to look professional, funky fresh and of course slick!. The landing page should be vibrant and colourful, animated in places and a few time clocks from different time zones.
