Re posting Build an Online Store with more details and explanations

We feel that from Freelancer quotes and comments we received, our project was not fully understood by everybody therefore we are re-posting the project with much more details inside. We are open to recommendations in which platform to base the website. From our research Magento + M2E plugin seems the closest to what we want but they will have to be modified to our needs. These are our requirements: 1. To be able to connect multiple marketplaces as: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and magento accounts on our website, something that M2E plugin can already do but in a different way that we want. 2. All marketplaces must be able to controlled from our main website with a much simplified way that M2E plugin does. We would like our website to be more as a control panel for all our marketplaces. A place we can view all our listings, orders, messages, etc. 3. Inventory (listings) creation to be similar to Ebay's "list an item" and to be able to create simultaneously listing in all accounts and Magento 4. All orders and messages to be retrieved from all marketplaces to our website and for us to be able to reply them from one place, different IP connections should be considered so ebay and amazon accounts do not get mixed up and blocked. 5. Front end website to have the same functions and look similar to ebay 6. Automatic invoicing system for all orders plus paypal orders 7.
