352325 PSD to phpBB 3.+ TEMPLATE/

Hello Looking for a skillful programmer to convert a PSD to a fully working xhtml/css validated PHPBB 3.+ template / theme. The template must look IDENTICAL to my psd. The template must be valid xhtml / css. The template must be compatible with phpBB 3 and above. The template must work as intended w/ all working features of the phpBB backend. The template must be compatible in all newer browsers I will only accept bids from those who have previously and successfully created php3 templates / themes.
