PSD to WordPress (XHTML5/CSS3) expert is required. Project Description: It's a very simple Wordpress website in terms of design, however I want to be very flexible (easy to upload banners) and feature short-codes for easy text & layout formatting. However, the winning bidder will have the un-edited/completed version.
