Revise and improve results display page in PHP

We have previously had designed a custom website in order for our customers to return their products. We require the admin summary page to show some additional details from the DB and also we need the process to be faster. In order to make space on the page some existing columns can be removed but if all of the data can still not be displayed in one column width the results will need to be rearranged into a small font or two lines per record. We would also like some additional search functions to be added to the top menu bar. We run four different systems all from the same template so the changes will need to be duplicated across the different systems (just copying the files to the different system directories).
