Simple CMS

We have a really simply cms site we need building. We have the page designs and we are in the process of getting them CSSd, I’ve attached an idea of the homepage here. Each page will be this same basic layout, logo and navigation across the top, page tag-line down the left hand side, content in this main textural panel to the right, some links to articles at the bottom and the navigation repeated at the bottom. This main navigation (home, company, media, production, portfolio & contact) will not change. However some of these sections will have more than one page within them and these may change so that we will need to be able to add and delete pages within these sections. So for example ‘Company’ might have ‘[login to view URL]’, ‘[login to view URL]’ and ‘[login to view URL]’. So the cms would have to allow us to add / delete / modify pages within a section, and the navigation would have to accommodate these pages and expand to accommodate new pages. The navigation is also designed so it’s only the functionality within the cms that would be your responsibility. The page tag-line should be editable from within the cms. The formatting of the tag lines will be consistent across all pages, only the colour will change from page to page, so the formatting of the tag-line won’t need to be editable only the actual content. For the main page body content I guess we’d need fckeditor or similar to be able to enter and format text. For the links to articles at the bottom of each page I think we would need to be able to add articles and then either assign them to a section, so then all the articles assigned to ‘Company’ would show up on all the pages within Company, or else add the articles and then go into each page and set the articles which should show on that page. Ideally if the user then clicks through to a particular article they would get the links to the remaining articles in that section displayed. The portfolio section will consist of .movs, we would like to be able to simply upload the .mov, and have a thumbnail automatically created to show on the main portfolio page (I’ve attached an outline of the page layout) that when clicked opens a player window to watch the movie, preferably in a thickbox / lightbox style popup. We’ll need a simple contact form, name, email, phone, message, captcha verification. Form should store the details and send a notification email to admin contact. Should have a page in the admin to see all previous contact requests. And a page to set site settings such as admin email, contact address etc. We don’t mind if you use Joomla / Drupal or similar I don’t think we need anything too bespoke, but we have the designs and pages coded up we’d just like to get the site up and be able to start entering content without it costing the earth. Hopefully there is enough here to be able to give us a ball park figure.
