Simple design code fix on my website

This is a very simple job which I'm sure can be done in about 10 minutes. I have designed the website but got stuck with an issue that I really can't go through as I don't know much about coding. this is a simple change that I'm sure it has to be made in the [login to view URL] file. Please only bid if you know you can do this. What I need is to put the menu bar beside the content, and somehow the menu bar comes first and the content stays bellow it having to scroll down to view it. See image to understand what I'm asking for please, what I want is the side menu bar to be leveled with the content rather than having the content coming after the side menu bar. thanks
