Smarty PHP Template Integration

We need a programmer that is familiar with the Smarty Template Engine. The current default template our site is running on is too busy and cluttered. We have a much cleaner template in mind. No design necessary on your part, as we already have a site in mind that you can just emulate. It will just be basic CSS, with 1-2 images. Payment will be placed in escrow, and released once the project is completed to specifications. The budget for this project is $100 or less. I know this project will be a cakewalk for basically any programmer out there worth his or her weight. The template syntax is not much different than that of plain HTML. In other words, keep your bid within the budget. Be honest, bid appropriate. Good luck!
