sms shortcode online application

hello, i am doing business with a company that provides me with sms shortcodes. this company gave me a http api so i can build my own apps about shortcode sms. here is the app i want to develop. i want to develop an online website-application for real estate, and here are the exact requirements of mine. for example, let's say that i am a real estate agent. i want to put to all of my "for sale" properties a shortcode sms note, so the people who are interested will send a message to a certain number with a certain code(the code of the property), and automatically they will get back a respond with all the info that the agent want to share with a potential client so this is what i want : FOR USERS (real estate agents) -user account login - user will insert all of his real estate properties (code of each property, name, price and description(upto 160 characters)) - user will be able to see available credits (it depends on how many sms were sent as reply) - he will be able to check delivery reports - he will be able to see a list of all the mobile phone numbers that have sent a message to the shortcode (also he will be able to see each number seperatelly, for which property the mobile number has sent an sms, and time and date) - he will be able to see the earning of his (per day/month/year). the earnings will be calculated by a simple flat rate. when somone sends an sms about a property, the user will add a flat rate (e.g. 0.20 usd/sms) to his balance FOR ADMIN (this is me) - admin will set the flat rate per account,and also will be able to check the earning per account (per day/month/year) also when the admin make the payments to a certain user (payments will be made only if the earning within ONE month are 100euro or more, at any other scenario, if the earning are not 100euro or more, the next month the earnings will be 0 again. the user is made only if he gets 100euro or more in one month, otherwise he loses his money). i also want to be able to reset the earnings balance of a month manually - admin will be able to see the user's info (all personal info + how many sms he has bought, how many sms he has sent, his current balance, his earnings) the format of the message that the potential buyer will send will be like that: "REALESTATE 178219" (REALESTATE WILL BE THE PREFIX AND WILL BE STABLE FOR ALL THE SMS THE NUMBER WILL BE EACH PROPERTY'S CODE AND WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR EACH PROPERTY AND SMS) as you can understand, we need to use 2 different things. 1 is how we gonna read the message that we will receive (this is 1 http api) 1 is how we will send a respond (this is another one http api) bids around 200-350 are seriously considered
