Urgent - wordpress developer needed hourly rate

Hello Php Experts, Looking for someone that is willing to work at an hourly rate on an urgent project to develop a wordpress site. The site will need to be mobile-ready - design is not essential - "functional" is fine - but experience building robust wordpress sites from ground up is a must. Must be great at wordpress Must be experienced with using custom post/page taxonomies Must have experience developing mobile-ready themes Must have experience with wordpress/theme/plugins/widgets (including minor customisation) Must be willing to work 'live' back and forth on skype in real time on project. Must be available on skype many hours per day. Please let me know your hourly rate? What times you are online? When can you start? Please provide a one line answer to each of the skills above when you bid. We are looking to start asap. I have specified 40 hrs per week - but willing to consider less of a commitment for people who believe they have experience to deliver within timeframe.
