Web Developer needed for business/fitness website

I am currently working on a new web project that will require assistance. I am putting together a personal training/fitness website that will give my clients the ability to browse through various personal trainers and their classes (which are offered and hosted on the site), find the one that suits their goals, and pay to take the classes. In addition, we are always accepting new personal trainers so we want them to be able to sign up individually. Looking for someone who has designed sleek and professional websites in the past. All proposals must provide samples/links to previous work. My designer and I already have a layout planned for you to reference. Here is some basic functionality points for the user(client) and trainer: USER: -needs to be able to browse classes -sign up for website -manage personal profile (put in personal info, bank info, address, upload pictures[ for progress reports/fitnesshistory]) -make and receive payments -access classes -book appointments with trainer TRAINER: -Needs to be able to create class -upload docs/upload vids-manage class -view user progress reports -contact class -set appointment dates [available times clients can contact them] -receive payments -manage profile (what you come across when you are browsing trainers, separate from their class) Other Points: - I would like to the trainers page to also be the class page, ie you visit the trainers page and have the ability to sign up for his/her class directly as well as view the class overview. - Is it possible to build an escrow functionality with Paypal? Each class runs for 6 weeks so trainers get paid bi-weekly. The website will charge 30% commission. - there needs to be some sort of refunding system in place for users who want to drop out of sessions Layout will be sent out for clarification to those who are being considered. This is a work for hire agreement, and all copyright and intellectual property rights related to the code written for this website are transferable to me upon completion and payment of the project.
