We need our website developed and hence need an able designer who can code as well. Applicant must be a freelancer and not from a team or a company. We encourage new comers who want to prove a point by doing a good job for us and we will provide a good review and shall offer substantial work every month. Our budget for this project is limited to $300 and anyone who is interested in offering services is welcome to apply. We need someone who is artistic, intuitive and dedicated towards work. We dont want to offer work to someone whoz already overloaded. No dreams please. We need daily communication via channels like skype or yahoo or msn at timings that are convinient for both. We are unsure of the sitemap as its in the development phase and hence thats the reason we are offering this as a long term position. It might take a minimum of 1 month to complete the project and ongoing support is required. Freelancer has to be very good at Css, Flash design and PHP coding!

The timming of course depends alot form the requirements but im a very experienced designer freelancing for development companies from time to time, some examples here. i speak spanish and english, and have knowledge using php, oo php5, excelent use of css and html, besides of using javascript and ajax. I am a web developer with more than five years of experience and lots of tricks in the bag. Your website can revitalise your business, or crush it. Don't give that power to the lowest bidder. Please contact me for further details and samples of my work. Why don't get a Ph.D. into it if you can pay him the same that any newcomer would charge you? That's is exactly what i am offering you. The brain power of a Ph.D. at the cost of someone that barely can read php.
