Web page reconstruction and modification (see project detail - important !)

I need some updates and some fix for my existing website project. Please check current website (simple product information websites and gallery/event) [login to view URL] Required skill: HTML5, CSS, Flash, CMS backend, HTML, jQuery, PSD to HTML The scope of work will be including: All pages layout provided in Photoshop files, complete including the layers. You just need to check existing website and compare it with the original PSD layout for consistencies. 5 main pages including the sub pages ( there are 1 page that has 3 subpages, the others are 1 page layout) to be upgraded and modify/re layout using available PSDs Flash based carousel effect for product display and description ( 4 flash sub categories and each category has 2 products ) 3 times revisions allowance (both coding and designs for each page) Time frame are so tight, so need around the clock developer. Has to be finished in 3 days including weekend. If you can do it, I will put it into consideration, otherwise, please dont complain or telling me it's weekend. Milestones are: 10% on first acceptable progress 20% on 2nd acceptable revisions/feedback completion 20% on 3rd acceptable revisions/feedback completion 20% on 4th acceptable revisions/feedback completion 30% on final delivery (working websites without any error, and all fix are done) So if you are 100% able to meet our requirements, then bid.
