Website changes - new pages and features

We are looking for several changes to be made to our website, and for a single designer to be able to take on the entire project. The deadline is 20 days for the changes to be completed and reviewed/approved, however all changes must be submitted within 15 days allowing us 5 days to submit revisions and changes. Communication is EXTREMELY important and updates DAILY ARE MANDATORY. If updates are not given, another Freelancer will be chosen as we need to ensure this project remains on point. Changes to be made: Social Media Marketing section to be added / integrated into existing design Search Engine Optimization section to be added / integrated into existing design Mobile Marketing section to be added / integrated into existing design - promotional design for a special package Advertising services section to be added / integrated into existing design - we have partner websites we sell advertising for, info and packages to be listed here New portfolio page layout - to use an imac screen, so that when images of past websites made are mouseover'd, they appear on an iMac Pages revamp - touchups to existing pages to make them more visually appealing and interesting Contact Us form to be added to contact us page social media integration - facebook, linkedin, and twitter integration to every page blog creation - we are looking to be able to create a blog where we can post our own articles and other relevant articles we think our audience will enjoy Event listing - a section on our mainpage, or preferably every page for any upcoming workshops or events we will be holding Our existing website: [login to view URL] Maximum milestone to be set at 30% prior to work beginning, and no milestones will be released until entire project is completed. Once work in underway, we will glady initiate the final 70% of payment in another milestone. EXTRA BONUS: If work is completed on-par and up to standards, we will be willing to add an extra bonus payment equalling up to 40% of the accepted bid.
