Website Issues -Help wanted

Hello there, I want someone to please take a look at my website. I need someone to look at the backend of my website. It has alot of issues, such as It takes a long time to load, and even uplaod files. I need someone to re-program the back-end, to carry out simple functions such as uploading files and editing exsisting post. Once each issues is fixed, you will be reqrded your milestone as per issue is fixed or feature integrated. My website is a high traffic website, i need issues fixed and new features integrated ASAP!. I need someone to get this finish in 12 hours or less. Thank you
