Website rebuild

We're having an existing website ([login to view URL]), from which we would like to have an identical copy including all existing functionalities. The pictures as used on the website will be provided. The builder/designer, who's build our existing website used some own architecture which is not working properly. Mainly in the cms we're having continiously all kind of anoying problems. We're having experience with joomla, therefore our preference is to build the website in Joomla. In generla the site is pretty basic, the functionalites which we like to have is to be able to change; titles, upload refrences, upload news items, upload pictures, modify text. functionality to be added: - linkedin, facebook, twitter button - possibility to upload movies - job portal, where we can upload Cv's and post jobs. From the CMS it must be easy to maintain. Please provide an example showing the idea how to realize this. Pleased to learn who's able to start with the job onshort notice. Before delivery we would like to be able to test the website, on one of your own servers.
