Website wanted!

Hello, I am looking for experts in order to build my first website. I am intended to request additional almost identical websites only with the different themes. Here are brief requirements: 1. Website needs to be built from beginning to end. (released/configured on hosting provider.) 2. To save money on development and support my needs I want to use Coppermine photo gallery ([login to view URL]) 3. Forum needs to be installed. Such as vBulletin. ([login to view URL]) or some other software that you recommend. 4. RSS feeds. I want to poll yahoo's news feeds into my site. 5. Adds by Google needs to be integrated with this site. 6. PHP? 7. Site must be searchable engines friendly. (SEO) 8. Will use Website submission service, if you have available. 9. I have already registered a Domain name for my first website and signed up for hosting. Thank you
