Oozat! -> "Who's that?" is a program. The user loads and displays in the main frame onscreen a group photo eg jpg in the program. He clicks on a face and a circle appears round the face and the person's name is highlighted in the list of names in the narrow frame to the left of the main frame. Double click on the name, or on the face, and it pops up a dialog box into which user can type details about the person, and save. If user clicks on a face not previously id'd in the program, a circle appears round the face and a dialog box appears to allow entry of name and to add it to the list in the narrow frame to the left of the main frame.
I have a working prototype/demo - [login to view URL] - 800Kb program written by a novice programmer in Delphi. It has several deficiencies eg not easy to get rid of circles inadvertently created when clicking on a part of the photo which is not a person's face. I would like the deficiencies to be cured. Better still, a version written to enable the user to hit a website where a "proof" of his photo eg wedding photo proof can be annotated by the user id'ing all the people in the group. Then, if required the website owner can provide that photo (and others so aanotated by the user on a CD or DVD with a viewer-only version of the program so that the user/customer can have the annotated, viewable soft copy of his photos to keep.
Probably best to write the web version in Java?
I am not a coder!
## Deliverables
I can email my present working Version of Oozat! which will make it easy to see the requirement.
