Big relaunch of an existing Wordpress web site - step 1 - pages and articles template

Dear Freelancers, I am looking for a proficient Wordpress expert with **excellent communication skills**. If you're that good but are swamped right now, tell me when you can start work. I am not compromising quality for speed. The idea behind my new projet is simple: copy the visual appearance of a poorly coded web site over to a clean installation. I am working with a friend on a small e-commerce web site. The work done on it previously was terrible and the code was very dirty. The main page was 5 Mo for instance, with perhaps 1,000 broken links on the web site (!!), etc. I tried correcting many things these past months but I lost too much time and the web site has so many problems I convinced my friend to start afresh from a new clean Wordpress installation. We are working on the Minimum theme and the Genesis framework and we want to tweak it so the visual codes are the same as in the original. Why this choice? The Genesis/Minimum pair is sleek, responsive, well documented and updated, nice visual philosophy (but bigger font, which is better for our customers). I need the substitute to be up quite soon but without compromising quality. The resulting theme must be sleek, fast to load and well SEO-optimized. I'm thinking of getting the basics and appearance right within roughly 1 week and to gradually implement cool tweaks month after month. I'll be doing or managing the installation, the transfer of texts, etc. You'd be doing a "PSD-to-WP"-type job on the top of the Minimum theme for starters. Please find attached a document describing the first and main part of the work, please quote only this part for now. If the results are good and communication was excellent, will follow immediately upon completion a similar work done on the index page, and then a long list of tweaks. You can also count on designing a header-less landing page subtemplate, many more tweaks within the next week and probably much more for years to come ;) I am really looking forward to having a team member here, specialized in semi-complex and complex Wordpress tweaks. We've being doing this for Prestashop for two months now and are very happy with the result: we collect a list of tweaks every month that our designated freelancer expert helps us implement.
