Need help regarding advance wordpress theme

I am a wordpress developer myself. I need help regarding theme options. Currently, i am using very basic theme options. I need advance theme options like elegant themes or popular premium themes providers. Just guide me how to do it, it will be very good if there are any framework available for this which is very easy to use yet very powerful. The winning bidder has to implement the theme options on one of my theme.
