Need High Quality Template - Expert Designers Only

All Expert Website Designers, I am looking for someone who can design a super high quality template for me - I am NOT worried about price for this project, strictly quality, VERY high quality. Here's what I need... I'm looking for a template that comes off as clean, professional, and trustworthy all at the same time. This is going to be a template for affiliate sites I will be using to promote the company "Regal Assets" ([login to view URL]). This is a company that sells gold, offers gold 401ks and gold IRAs, and all other types of buying and investment options. Regal Assets is a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating, they are a trustlink preferred member, ICTA member, NGC authorized dealer and a PCGS authorized dealer. They are also recommended by people like Alan Thicke, Dennis Miller, Laura Ingraham, Jerry Doyle, Lars Larson, and Alan Colmes (see the picture on their home page). They have also been featured in Forbes, Smart Money, and other types of places of trust. The main point of this template is to try and get the visitors to optin (like you see on the opt-in form at their home page - we will integrate one of these opt-in forms into our template\design)...but of course to increase the chances of this we need to make the template as professional as possible, showing signs of trust (like the BBB Accredited businedd with A+ rating, who it's recommended by, etc). So the idea here is to gain the visitors trust through a very high quality template with a lot of trust factors (like mentioned above) - and ultimately get them to optin to the form (for a free gold investment kit). Make sure that you write *READ in your bid of PM so that I know you read and understand this project. If you don't have this I won't even consider you - no matter how good you are, as I need someone who follows directions. I'm not worried about price here, but will consider it when comparing similar quality designers.
