Property Listing Plugin Setup on Wordpress Site

I need a Wordpress Expert to set up and style a Property Listing Plugin on my site. Here is a preview of the page on my new site: [login to view URL] On the above page i would like: - alternating row colors (white and a very light grey color) - ability to put up property statuses in a red color ( Sold, Just Reduced, New, Featured ) - Homes marked as featured should automatically appear on the featured homes page. On the property detail page i would like: Property Name Property Address Property Featured Photo Additional Images Description Specs Additional Amenities I like the way the listing detail pages are on my current site here: [login to view URL] The version you do should be similar to this. I currently have the plugin WP Property Installed. I don't care if you modify that or use a custom plugin, it just needs to be easily changed and updated by non-technical people. I am looking to get this done as fast as possible. I can give WP admin, FTP and DB info to winning bidder.
