Wordpress Expert - HTML to WP Template

Hello, I am looking for a Wordpress expert who can do the following: 1. Convert a design PSD (or HTML template) to a Wordpress template. 2. Use plugins to customize Wordpress (Event Management, Gallery, Calendar, Login/Permissions/Users, Contact). 3. If needed, customize/rewrite plugins to accomplish features required. 4. Knowledge of jQuery is required since most templates require jQuery involvement. For now, please bid for a basic 4-6 page HTML template conversion to Wordpress. No widgets/plugins needed. Please note: 1. I need to be able to correspond with you DAILY. I need a reply to my email/Skype/IM within 6-8 hours max. 2. If you cannot meet a deadline, I need you to tell me upfront. I don't mind if something's come up, or you just cannot do it. However, I absolutely CANNOT afford to keep waiting for you to respond and tell me after I no longer have any way of getting the project complete by the deadline. 3. I only do milestone payments.
