WordPress Template - Site Hosting Company

I am in need of someone to design me a WordPress Template for my website hosting company that I plan to launch shortly. I am knowledgeable when it comes to websites, and features of them so I am not someone who is novice when we will discuss things. What I need (everything else is pretty much just fluff) - Custom WordPress Template - do not try and give me one off the Internet already it must be made by you from the begging and able to be copyrighted (I will need exclusive rights for template upon completion, with your guarantee not to resell as I will be copyrighting the template) - Logo designed (I have a current logo but I would like it redesigned a bit as with the template you will upon completion give up the rights to the artwork of it) - I also will need you to secure my WordPress CMS as I know WordPress can have vulnerabilities please be experienced with making a secure WordPress website I will have the system and configuration basics done just need some plugins installed and stuff so that people will not even know its being hosted on WordPress. - If you have an alternative CMS suggestion I am also open to that though Joomla I do not like because of the life cycle they go through. What I wont need - You to put all the content in on each page or do bottom text etc I can do all of that myself. All that is needed is placeholders with lorem ipsum or whatever makes you happy. The template will need to be very new age designed and very good looking having use of big buttons such as freelancer.com has and have features that a normal website hosting company has of course with things to get the users attention such as a scrolling image area and so forth. I will give examples of websites that i would like the template based off structure wise. Preferred traits: - SEO skills, as I would like the template to be somewhat optimized for SEO if you are also going to provide an SEO package as well please bid without the price of SEO and tell me how much it would cost for a full package I am looking for someone who will work hard on this and it should be fairly simple once the template is delivered as I will not need spoon feeding of pretty much anything as like I said I have experience with WordPress and website design. In the end I will give you the creativity and I look forward to seeing what can be done it should be fairly simple and the faster the better but I will of course give time for the creativity aspect. Shortened version: I need someone to make a WordPress template you must have experience with securing WordPress so as to prevent it from being hacked etc. Clean coding is a big must and able to be compatible with newer versions of WordPress. If you are experienced with SEO that is very much a plus to me. I prefer a already formed company as I have had people who never finish in the end or do not respond. I am looking for a professional looking template that will stand out in the end and getting it done fast but still in a top notch manner would be nice. Also if you know how to do WHMCS integration of a theme that's a plus I will be installing, setting up all that of WHMCS but if you know how to integrate a template to the WHMCS that is nice as well if you can't that's fine I can just get it done on a website for $30. I am giving all the info upfront so that I can narrow down to the people who can handle the requirements of the project in the end it should be very simple and the template can obviously just have placeholder text as I can modify it afterwards but it needs to have placeholder areas such as you see on any website hosting company. Also prefer after finished support for any issues.
