Classic ASP Scheduling System Website Add On

I have an existing website in which it manages all aspects of my mobile event business.? the type of business is retail sales at mobile venues.? we sell a variety of products at carnivals and events.? i need a scheduling system setup as follows: Name of the event (info about the event already in database) Position? Day1? ? ? day2? ? ? day3? ? ? day4? ? etc Sales? ? ? ? ? open? ? ? amy? ? ? ? amy? ? ? ? amy Where it says day 1,2,3, etc will come from the dbase.? some events are 1 day, some are 4 some are 7 etc. Where it says position "sales" sales (or the position name) come from the database and we will have multiple positions for that event. Where it says "open amy amy amy"? This will be a drop down box and if the shift is scheduled it will have the person name in the box.? if its not scheduled it will say open.? in the drop down will be a list of all the employees who are available for that day. Once an employee is schedule the system will email them telling them they are scheduled (or removed if thats the case) from (event name on event date).? Anytime anyone is affected the system will email them. If any employee requests that day off then this will go to the database and be listed on the admin main page for the admin to approve or decline (pages are already there, you just need to fix a small glitch so that i can approve one at a time instead of how it currently is- i have to approve all at once-- i dont want this.? If i approve an employee it will email them telling them it was approved or denied and the reason.? and take them out of the drop down menu for that date.? Again this part is already in place, you just need to fix the glitch and change the mailing system from cdonts to cdosys. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4)The timeline for this site is very important. If the coder does not meet the requirements for the timelines or deadlines, whatever work they have done must be submitted to this post on rent a coder, and all posted work will become the property of the buyer. The buyer will own the copyright(s). 5)If coder falls behind the deadline, coder will not be paid and buyer will select a new coder immediately. (If you don't think you can meet the deadlines, please do not bid, or ask that the deadlines be re-negotiated.) 6)If this project ends up going to mediation/arbitration, and the coder loses the arbitration, then all project files, programming, images, etc. become property of the buyer without compensation.
