We just launched a new website for the upcoming games (Indian Premier League) in India. This website has all basic features complete but we would like to enhance it further. We have not yet received a lot of feedback and have not made up our minds on what exactly do we want to do and how much budget do we want to spend on doing it. What we would like you to do is visit the site (take a quick peak across a few pages or register and check out the site functionality) and suggest improvements along with the timeline and cost involved for each of them. We would like to know the cost involved with each feature/change or group of small features/changes rather than one big list of changes and one big cost. Since we have not made up our minds yet, cost will certainly be a major factor in this. ## Deliverables Once again, we have not yet made up our minds on what we want to do so please keep your efforts minimal. Once chosen for the proposed job, you will have plenty of time to propose further enhancements. Also, if you are not well versed with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and AJAX and SEO, please do not bid on this project as the existing site is entirely dependent on these.
