Printing shipping labels is a relatively simple task for the admin but to do enable the functionality for the customer based off that module will take a bit of work but i myself have over 4 years experience with Magento and i can have this done for you in a few hours. Also, please note that i'm not actually asking for a milestone payment so i'm willing to work on this upfront and at a discount to increase my positive feedback and solve the issue you have. So a win/win situation for both.
