PHP/mysql website developed

I need a very experienced PHP/mysql programmer with html/css knowledges or a Company to develop my website. ## Deliverables Hi everyone, I need a PHP/mysql programmer with html/css knowledges or a Company. I have the design of my website as psd (Photoshop layout) from which my site needs to be developed. I wish to create a website where the visitors can customize the content and set it as a Homepage. When first come to my website, the visitors will see an already customized page with my default links and categories but they can't add or delete anything. These URL's and categories I will provide. In this page there will be some links to log-in or sign-up (these are the only things they can do and click on the default URL's). When sign-up they should fill the form (with CAPCHA) and must receive an activation link on their e-mail address. When they click on the activation link they should be taken to their own page (logged in) which will automatically be set as Home Page and add a cookie or something to keep them logged. At this step, they can customize the page as they want . The customization consists of the following: - the visitors can add a category or delete a category (with "are you sure?" message) - the categories have a minimize option (like an arrow in the upper-right corner which transform the category into a single bar) - the visitors can add their favorite URL's to each category or delete them. (each URL's should load next to it the "favorite" icon of that website. If the website doesn't have a fav icon, a default icon should be shown) - the visitors will have a "set as homepage" button in case they change the homepage with something else and after a while they want to set it page back. - the visitors can be able to change the scheme color of the page from a drop down menu with options (different css files I prefer so I can add more later) . All the images (including the logo) should be placed into the design through the css file and all the themes should have their own directory (ex: [login to view URL]) I want 3 different color schemes to choose form (blue, red, green). The color codes for these are: red: #980024 ; blue: #1580BF ; green: #00563F. After each change they make, the database should be updated automatically with their settings and the changes should appear on the page. There will be a link in the right upper corner to page where the users can modify their account details (e-mail, password,etc). There will be a "forgot password?" link into the login page , so they can receive the password on the e-mail address in case they forgot. The layout should be created with divs, but you can use tables for the link categories (I guess this will make your work easier). You can also use an "include" for header, footer and content, if you think this is better. Into the header there will be 2 html code banners. The left banner will be inserted into an include so I can change its content. The right banner (inserted in a different include) will be shown accordingly with the selected color-scheme so when the theme is changed it should load the coresponding banner. (Ex. when the blue color scheme is selected a [login to view URL] is included, when the red color scheme is selected a [login to view URL] is included, etc.) The second banner I will change myself as well. There also should be a basic admin (for me), with no design, where I can see the number of members and have the possibility to send them newsletters. When everything is done you must install the website on my domain. I wil provide all the details you need for this at that time. I'm attaching a picture with the design so you can understand better.
