Hey guys, we have a full script running in cakephp and require a freelancer to modify it from it's current state to scrape new data (sports matches) categorized by sport with entries for each team/player related to the sport. The website is a sports website and requires daily scraping of data with new fields entered, wikipedia scraping for images, names and more. More in-depth details can be given via message. Thanks!

Hi - I have 15+ years of design and development experience, I work with you to either modify your existing scraper, alternatively build you something new. PHP is not very good a scraping when you get into the hundreds of thousands. Python is usually the optimum solution for scraping.

Hi, Scraping expert here. A few questions: Do you have a current scraper script that you want extended or do you want one to be built from scratch? Do you need a scraper script only or do you want the results to be integrated into your site? Can you tell me which site is the target for scraping? What other information do you require?
