Simple PHP Website

I need a PHP guru (who can utilize freeware codes) for a simple website with 4 sections. A. Section for Services B. Section for eCommerce C. Section for Banner Advertisement Management D. Section for Sales Commission Management -**Section A**: Prebuilt CMS like Mambo (for managing the entire site). -**Section B**: OsCommerce for eCommerce (Product sales). -**Section C:** Coder will decide on how to manage Banners. I have a sample PHP website with Banner Management that could be replicated. -**Section D**: Coder to decide on which Affiliate Management codes to modify into Sales Management system. (Basically, I track sales of agents and pay them commission using the system. Simple) Note: 1.0 When admin logs on, he can have access to all sections for management. 2. Configure the email system to use the webmail account provided by the Hosting plan. (I have attached screenshots of my hosting plan to see the good stuff already available for the resourceful coder). 3. The website template has space for Rotating Banner Ads...basically, banners are rotated based on certain criteria (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Basic). Admin can switch ON/OFF a banner. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
