Website Re-design

Please read everything before bidding. I am looking for someone to help redesign a website ([login to view URL]). There would be no cash transactions but instead you would get free advertising on the site for the next year. It is not a complex site by any means, it just needs a professional design. We are already advertising the site and are getting 60 unique views a day (it has only been up for four days). Once the message board is in place it will be yielding between 500-1000 uniques daily. We have also been already contacted by a local newspaper. The site would need to load quickly, be original and draw people to come back. The only complex parts would be the message board and some basic content management. Please remember that this is not for cash and it would be done partially as charity with an added benefit of advertising. Help the Democrats and Russ Feingold win in 2008!
