PHP HTML Parse & Generate Pages

I need a simple PHP script that will do the following : 1) Get the HTML from another website and store it in a variable 2) Go through each of the IMGs, Scripts, CSS, etc on this specific page that are loaded and get them. 3) Take the HTML from the page that was rendered, all of the images that you recieved from the page and put them within the same document and save it. 4) Save the HTML as [login to view URL] This page output should now have every asset that would be necessary for the page to be viewed offline. In example, all of the JS/ CSS / Images (everything that can be base64 encoded and stored) should be within this one HTML file. So when loading this HTML file it should look exactly like the original website and have no external dependencies.
