Hello Everyone, we are looking for smart programmer who can help us with creating a special module or addon for SuiteCRM (sugarcrm) which would allow to create and manage schedules to manage a service business. In short: When a lead or call comes in, a staff person would then create a "job" with the relevant information for a dispatch job and then depending on the location of the area be able to see available technicians to assign the job too. Additionally, it would need to manage some billing items as well. Of course after I choose you we have to plan detail work together. Also some other functionalities that I would like in the system: Scheduling Mobile Access Notifications & Alerts Reports Statistics Job Management Website forms Auto Commissions Quickbooks Sync Freshbooks Sync Some similiar things to this [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Regarding the call masking and other features, that would require an integration with an asterisk/freepbx system. The call recordings will be handled by the system module [login to view URL] Also we will need a licensing system - to avoid any copy without our authorization. This may be able to be accomplished with [login to view URL] addon How I see our cooperation: You bid your price (I can only rise it if work will be extraordinary OR i will request additional functionality outside scope (which I mentioned above and that three websites). If this project goes well, there will be additional future add on to this where we can continue working together. Your english should be on level which allow us smoothly communicate. There will be 3 milestones(in that order): 1. Main extension is ready, working and tested by me - 50%. 2. Licensing system ready 25% 3. Software documentation for developer, and for user (how to install etc) 25%.
