Hello, I have a simple CMS that is powered by PHP / MySQL (not wordpress) which is used to manage simple Zurb foundation websites. I require a new feature to be developed in the CMS such that colours of the website can be specified in the CMS which will then change the colour theme of the website - please see attached document. I would also be open to additional ideas to improve the CMS. I am looking to work closely with an experienced, talented freelancer well versed with PHP, MySQL and CMS that has excellent communication and is very responsive.
