Agree to terms and conditions checkbox | shopify | warehouse theme

Hi! Due to regulations in our country, we need to add an "agree to terms and conditions"-checkbox to our theme under the cart page. Here is a preview of the theme: [login to view URL] I have attached a photo of where the box should be positioned and look on mobile/desktop. if you look at the image "[login to view URL]" you can see how it should look. On desktop, you should only add the checkbox, while on mobile you should make the "go to checkout"-button stick to the bottom of the page with the checkbox on top. The font size and color should be the same size as other text "Moms inkluderet. Forsendelse beregnes ved kassen". You are given a theme in which all the code must be implemented. This is the ONLY theme you can edit in and should rewrite. Requirements: 1. Nothing hardcoded, everything should work fluently with cooperation with Shopify. 2. We are in a rush so you have to be able to start now. 4. 100% mobile-friendly. NO CURE, NO PAY. This means that if the work is not satisfactory and doesn't comply with my requirements and good practice programming principles you will need to change the code or the job will be canceled with no payment. There will be code review from an external programmer and all code will be thoroughly tested to meet all the criteria.
