BlogSpot PHP Method For Auto-Posting

Hi i need a php method that will take as arugment the username, passwords, title and content of a post. the method will be required to simulate a an access to [login to view URL], login to the account provided and then make a post to the blog. the blog is not hosted on blogspot, it is hosted on a private domain which require a new republsing using the saved ftp setting of the site on the account. let me know if u need more details
