Build an eCommerce website with multi vendors feature!

Hello Freelancers, We would like to create a website that offers virtual online stores for merchants. Think of something very similar to [login to view URL] in terms of design & functionality. 1. The merchant will have his own dashboard which allows him to control every single element in his/her page. He/she can customize his/her layout, add/remove products & control the variations & attributes of his product along with offers and coupons he/she may use. 2. The customer will be able to search for a product or service and he/she also can search fo a store by location & categories. 3. We would like to have the search filters that AliExpress have and we like their clean design very much. 4. The website will support English & Arabic as a starting point. Arabic is written from right to left, That will make it necessary to flip the design to have the menus & filters on the right side while we are in the Arabic mode. 5. The Sign up process must have an option to determine whether the user is a customer or a seller and if seller that will require more data like business category, Store name, Store location & that stuff. In both cases (customer or seller) things like e-mail verification and password strength indicator must be done. 6. This website must be done in magento. And you must start your bid with the word "magento" to be considerable. If you have any questions, It can be replied and I will show you samples of what I need exactly but I don't expect your bid to change a lot after that because basically I wrote the headlines of what I need.
