build payment page on my website using Stripe

I have a service business where we do service calls on appliances in customer's homes. I'd like a way for an employee to go on our webpage and enter the base charge (amount if paid in check/cash). Then based on some formulas it would create a good/better/best scenario of three different payment options and prices. I've attached a picture of what I'd like this to look like. The three options would be cash/check (best), credit cards (better), and a buy now pay later option (good). The payment request would be driven by the employee to the customer. So the employee would enter the relevant information needed like our ticket/invoice number, customer info, service info, and then the base price. Then the employee could text a unique link to the customer so they could finalize the payment options on their own phone or computer. This avoids people having to touch other peoples phones or credit cards. I would also like before the payment is made that the customer be presented with a link to terms and conditions and a checkbox acknowledging they have read and understand the terms and conditions. Check processing would be done via Plaid API inside Stripe. Credit card processing would be done by Stripe. The Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option would be done by Klarna API inside Stripe. Backend data and ability to reconcile cash once received by the office would be necessary as well as transmitting to the employee in the field the transaction ID so it can be copied and recorded in the field software.
