Business Developer

Role We require a highly motivated and determined individual to help drive online sales and increase traffic coming into our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business development of the brand, and should be comfortable working with adult content. Passion to learn new things and succeed in a dynamic environment is a must.   Profile  The right candidate will be especially interested in online, mobile and new media. A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in managing online/mobile online marketing programs and building relationships with ad networks will be required.   Responsibilities Drive online/mobile traffic from, ad networks, affiliate networks and vertical publishers from a portfolio. Daily affiliate management including communications with ad networks, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution. Monitor traffic and revenue  activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase revenues. Recruit new traffic sources and build valuable relationships with all types of partners. Generate and analyse sales reports. Initiate new campaign ideas, product improvements, marketing incentives, and bonus offers. Work closely with technical team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all outputs and recommend new ideas. Elaborate and define sale protocols Prepare, attend and follow up on industry trade shows. Previous experience working at an online and or mobile ad network/affiliate network is ideal. Perfect knowledge and understanding of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, etc. Hands-on experience in online conversion optimization techniques Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proactive and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and within a team. Innovative and excellent inter-personal skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
