Complicated (only for experience website developer)

Contract details (i have my domains and hosting) (Website Work) 1. google should work like real google (in india it should work like indian google) and (in us it shold work like us google)( for example ( [login to view URL] ) ) 2. i need full control on all the things which i want to show on google 3. 1 page website (other then google) 4. 1 page warning website which freez computer screen (i have some example to show) 5. all website should show as secure website 6. 20 % copy of all populer banks website in us (i am putting a random price just to pust the project) 2 things are important for me is price and experience so plz bit accordingly
